Job summary

Acloché LLC in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 2nd shift to inspect high‑pressure die cast parts and verify GD&T conformity using CMM and hand tools.

You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, drive containment of defects, and support root‑cause investigations while adhering to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Requires 2+ years in HPDC/metal QA and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HPDC quality technician experience.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship.
• Associate degree in Quality/Manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with GD&T and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components.
• Verify conformance using CMM and hand metrology tools.
• Detect and contain defects; conduct visual inspections for porosity, gaps, and dimensional nonconformance.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements against production docs.
• Lead root-cause investigations using 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto analyses.
• Support audits, PPAP, FAI, and ISO/IATF quality activities.
