Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician for 2nd shift in Cedarburg, WI. You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on high-pressure die-cast components, verifying GD&T and dimensions using CMM and hand tools.

You will lead root-cause investigations, support audits, and ensure ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance in a stable, premier manufacturing environment with major OEM partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HPDC or metal manufacturing quality technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components to verify exact customer and engineering specifications.
