Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality technician experience in HPDC or metal manufacturing.
• Must read blueprints and GD&T with precision measuring tools.
• US work authorization; 45-minute commute to Cedarburg, WI.
• Stable employment history (2+ years per previous employer).

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components to verify customer specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM to verify conformance.
• Identify defects and issue NCMRs; lead containment activities.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T; ensure compliance with control plans and instructions.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions with structured tools.
• Assist audits and quality system activities (LPAs, PPAP, FAI, gauge validations).
