Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company in Eaton, Ohio, seeks a Supervisory 1, Quality for the C shift to lead Final Inspection activities and ensure products meet specifications. You will direct the team, coordinate with maintenance, metrology, and programming staff, and drive continuous quality improvements under the QMS.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience with an Associates degree or equivalent, plus Lean/Six Sigma training and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
• Lean Thinking and/or Six Sigma training preferred (Green Belt preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and write reports or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs Final Inspection activities in support of production.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and data collection to meet delivery dates.
• Coach and supervise team to sustain quality, safety, and 5S standards.
• Maintain and apply the Quality Management System (QMS) across shifts.
