Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
• Lean Thinking and Six Sigma training preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret dimensional prints, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates final inspection activities for production.
• Ensure compliance to EHS requirements.
• Develop and apply Silfex Quality Management System procedures as appropriate.
• Set performance goals and balance work to optimize flow.
• Lead continuous improvement and coach team members daily.
