Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience and one to three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma and related tools.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats and apply them to safety and product quality.
• Strong safety, quality mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for individuals and teams to meet department metrics.
• Organize and delegate workload to hit daily output targets.
• Understand department workflows and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coach and develop employees, conduct audits, and monitor training.
• Execute schedules from management and coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost control; ensure data is collected daily.
