• 3–5 years manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Experience driving Lean, Six Sigma, or TOC initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for team performance aligned to metrics.
• Schedule and prioritize workload to meet daily output.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Develop training and cross-training to boost proficiency.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs.
• Monitor safety, quality and cost targets.
