Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience and 1–3 years in supervision.
• Experience with Lean tools (Six Sigma/TOC) to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance to support department metrics.
• Organize and delegate workload to meet daily targets.
• Develop understanding of workflows and parameters affecting output.
• Manage production schedules to meet delivery and cost goals.
• Coach and develop employees and cross-train for flexibility.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
