Job summary
The Valley Health System in Nevada seeks an experienced leader to manage Performance Improvement processes related to physician performance. You will oversee PI activities, drive quality initiatives, and work with leadership to ensure regulatory and clinical excellence.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years clinical experience with QA/PI and 2+ years of progressive management, plus RN licensure in Nevada or CPHQ certification for non-RN professionals. Travel is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Education: BSN or MSN in healthcare related field from an accredited program.
- Experience: 5 years clinical with 2–4 years QA/PI and 2+ years progressive management.
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- License/Certification: RN license in Nevada if RN; CPHQ required for non-RN.
- Other: Travel required.
