Job summary

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking an experienced leader to oversee physician performance improvement and related QA programs, driving data‑driven improvements across facilities.

Requirements: BSN or higher, 5 years clinical QA/PI, 2+ years management, Nevada RN license (CPHQ for non-RN), and solid computer skills. Travel required; robust benefits and growth opportunities. This role reports to the Quality/PI director and partners with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher in nursing or healthcare field.
• Five years clinical experience with QA or PI.
• Two+ years progressive management experience.
• Current Nevada RN license if RN; CPHQ for non-RN.
• Strong computer skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physician performance improvement and QA programs.
• Drive data‑driven improvements and coordinate with clinical/admin teams.
• Ensure compliant, high‑quality care across VHS facilities.
