Job summary

The Valley Health System, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a leader to manage Performance Improvement processes related to physicians in Southern Nevada. This role requires strong QA/PI experience and clinical background with progressive management responsibilities.

Travel is required; the successful candidate will hold an RN license in Nevada (or a non-RN CPAHQ) and bring a strategic approach to improving patient care quality within VHS/UHS.

Qualifications

• BSN degree in nursing or master's in a healthcare field from an accredited program.
• Five years of clinical experience with 2–4 years QA or PI experience.
• Minimum of two years progressive management experience.
