Job summary

Silfex, a Lam Research Company, is seeking a night shift production supervisor to drive performance on the factory floor. You will allocate resources, coach a diverse team, and partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance to maximize uptime and meet delivery targets.

The role requires lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years supervisory experience in engineering or production.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Knowledge of factory processes and production planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to supervise night shift personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production floor activities to meet targets.
• Coach staff to achieve KPIs and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
