Qualifications

• Five+ years of business analysis experience with federal IT investments.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements and actions.
• Experience with PMO, IT modernization, and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage requirements.
• Map current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and product backlogs.
• Prepare documentation for control assessments (NIST 800-53).
• Support privacy and security documentation including PII, PIAs, PTAs.
• Create models and diagrams using Visio or Gov.-authorized tools.
• Manage test plans and artefacts using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure compliance.
