Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced Quality Management Support Project Manager – Intermediate to lead QA, testing, and quality initiatives across IT projects. The role coordinates government and contractor teams to ensure requirements are met, risks are managed, and deliverables pass UAT and deployment readiness.

The candidate must have PMP certification and at least five years in IT project management, with strong experience in QA, quality management, and test management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Test Management in IT.
• Experience developing and maintaining quality-management processes and test artifacts.
• Experience coordinating system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve quality-management and testing processes.
• Create and coordinate comprehensive test plans and test scenarios.
• Support system testing, UAT, and defect tracking with traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with Government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor teams.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery performance.
