Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Quality Control Technician for a 2nd shift in Cedarburg, WI. You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on high‑pressure die cast components, verifying GD&T conformance with CMM and hand tools. Strong defect investigation skills and attention to detail are essential.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HPDC or metal manufacturing, reside within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, and hold a HS diploma or GED (associates preferred). US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in HPDC or metal manufacturing quality roles.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components.
• Verify conformance using GD&T and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Lead containment and defect investigations, issue NCMRs, and drive corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and control plans for compliance.
• Support LPAs, PPAP, FAI, capability studies, and gauge validations.
