Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality & Clinical Transformation Intern to support initiatives that improve clinical quality, patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance. You will work with Quality and Transformation leaders and cross-functional partners to gain hands-on experience in quality improvement, data analysis, and change management.

The internship runs May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university in a related field.
• GPA of at least 2.5 required.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing quality data.
• Help document current-state processes and support future-state workflows.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for project teams.
• Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up.
