Job summary

Advocate Health is offering a Quality & Clinical Transformation Intern role to provide hands-on exposure to healthcare quality improvement, data analysis, and change management. You will work with leaders across Quality and Clinical Transformation and cross-functional partners to learn how enterprise improvements are identified, evaluated, and implemented to advance high-quality, safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a regional accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in project meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and support future-state workflows.
• Research healthcare quality improvement practices and trends.
