The internship runs May 31, 2027–August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. It is remote and open to residents in approved states, including Montana.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and work in a team.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects to improve patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in meetings, improvement workgroups, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state workflows.
• Translate data into actionable insights for project teams.
