Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in healthcare administration, public health, health sciences, business, data analytics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• GPA requirement: minimum 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks.
• Strong teamwork and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in meetings, workgroups, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Document current‑state processes and develop future‑state workflows.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for teams and leaders.
