Advocate Health invites motivated interns to participate in a Quality & Clinical Transformation Internship. You will support initiatives aimed at improving clinical quality, patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance, while partnering with leaders across Quality and Clinical Transformation.

This role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare quality improvement, data analysis, and change management within a large health system.

Formación

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a regionally accredited college/university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in project meetings, improvement workgroups, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and support future-state workflows.
• Research healthcare quality improvement practices and trends to support transformation efforts.
