Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) to support low-voltage installation quality and technical training on mission-critical data center construction projects. The role blends field inspections, QA audits, curriculum development, and coaching to ensure work meets project specifications and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years QA/QC experience in low-voltage systems or related construction.
• Experience in technical training or field coaching.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to field staff.
• Develop learning paths and curriculums.
• Lead site-specific Quality Plans.
• Coordinate First-of-Kind installation reviews.
• Perform daily inspections and quality audits.
• Manage quality documentation and reporting.
• Prepare weekly quality performance reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during walkthroughs.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
