Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a 1st shift role (8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) with occasional overtime based on business needs. This position oversees a quality program and hourly QA staff to ensure site compliance with DHL QMS and customer/regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes supporting CAPA, audits, training, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong communication within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; QA knowledge beneficial.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self management and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system.
• Assist on regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.
• Track and report QA metrics for the site.
• Monitor training and development of site associates for compliance.
• Be a point of contact for QA issues and initiatives.
• Partner with QA management to prepare reports.
• Meet regulatory requirements for operations daily.
• Supervise and coach hourly QA staff.
