Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor based in Beloit, OH for 1st shift (8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with occasional overtime. The role oversees QA activities and supports the Quality Management System to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include CAPA, audits, metrics tracking, training, reporting, and staff supervision of hourly QA personnel. A Bachelor’s degree and QA knowledge with strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some knowledge of QA preferred.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong computer application experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the QA system and procedures.
• Provide support on regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.
• Track, monitor, and report QA metrics for the site.
• Monitor training and development of site associates for process compliance.
• Be a customer point of contact for QA related issues.
• Partner with QA management to develop and maintain regular reports.
• Meet regulatory requirements relevant to operations daily.
• Ensure customer service and business standards are met daily.
• Plan, conduct, and act on inspection processes (Gemba; Standards Confirmation) daily.
• Supervise, coach, and train hourly QA staff (operators, QA Tech I/II).
• Other duties as assigned.
