Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years experience in quality control inspection, solar/construction, or related field.
• Proven experience leading QC on utility-scale solar or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality resource for project and operations teams to support high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and implement SDI quality control plans and ensure adherence by partners and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections, witness tests, and document findings against contract documents and specs.
• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Track KPIs and maintain quality records for leadership and regulatory review.
