Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a General Manager QSR to lead daily operations across a high-volume quick-service restaurant. You will oversee associates and managers, drive sales, ensure brand standards, and maintain food safety while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and people skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a positive work culture. On-site responsibilities include rotating shifts and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to meet sales, speed, satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team; oversee hiring and coaching.
