Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
• Flexible and open work schedule
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• Be capable of performing duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging times.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues promptly and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain awareness of brand standards and procedures to maximize relations with brand/landlord/labor.
• Ensure restaurant looks clean, inviting and compliant with brand standards.
• Manage cash daily and deliver reports per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory through spot counts and checks.
