Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee a quick service restaurant inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will manage day-to-day operations and drive profitability while leading a dedicated team toward sales, service speed, and food quality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in a supervisor role in a QSR, and flexibility to work on-site across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
• Strong people management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Understand brand standards and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to meet sales, speed of service, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster learning, development, and recognition within the team.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; manage hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally to maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
