Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and drive profitability while meeting brand standards and food safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a focus on customer satisfaction, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervision or management experience in quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work a 50-hour on-site schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day QSR operations and drive profitability.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, and reporting.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met.
• Foster an engaging work culture with learning, development and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong QSR team with appropriate staffing.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance and Facilities.
