Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced QSR. You will lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, manage budgets, food quality, and safety, while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, on-site presence, and a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability within a multi-brand environment. Flexible, hands-on management style encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced QSR environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, labor costs, and reporting.
• Proven ability to maintain brand standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet sales, speed, satisfaction, and food safety targets.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and gross profit.
• Ensure QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture with learning and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, and manage disciplinary actions for the QSR team.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws at local, state, and federal levels.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally to sustain relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with vendors and communities.
