ApplegreenUSA is seeking a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier food quality and service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and adherence to brand standards. The role requires a strong operations mindset, ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QSR operations to meet sales, speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls, and reporting for gross profit and costs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, or transfer QSR team members and manage staffing levels.
