Responsibilities include managing budgets and staff, ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety requirements, and driving growth through effective leadership and operational excellence.

• Lead day-to-day QSR operations and profitability within a travel plaza.
• Manage budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met.
• Foster learning, development and recognition within the team.
• Recruit, train, and retain a strong staff; handle hiring and discipline as needed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain relationships.
