Applegreen is seeking a General Manager for its QSR operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, staffing, and adherence to brand standards across a fast-paced environment. You will manage budgets, ensure food safety, and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and maintaining high standards of service while fostering an engaging work culture and strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift 20 pounds.
• Occasional travel to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to hit sales, speed, satisfaction, and food safety targets.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory, labor costs, gross profit & reporting.
• Ensure QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging, learning-focused work culture with recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team and staffing levels.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, training, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
