Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/management in QSR

Responsibilities

• Supports BOH and FOH daily operations to ensure standards and guest service
• Assists GM in managing labor, food cost, inventory, and daily metrics
• Helps analyze operational results and supports action plans to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensures staffing, product availability, and execution gap mitigation during shifts
• Manages guest concerns and maintains brand standards across shifts
