Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and coaching skills, English proficiency, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/manager role in a QSR or similar.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH and FOH daily operations to meet standards.
• Assist GM with labor, food cost, inventory, and metrics.
• Lead Shift Supervisors and develop restaurant staff.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Ensure guest service quality and address guest concerns.
• Coordinate with HR/Training/Ops as directed.
• Ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.
• Communicate with GM on staffing and performance.
• Obtain ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.
