Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Mexia, TX, is seeking a QIDP III to oversee the ISP process for individuals with complex needs at the Mexia State Supported Living Center. The role requires coordinating interdisciplinary teams, documenting plans, and ensuring timely follow-up on recommendations to support independent living.

You will supervise staff, provide training on plans and behavioral supports, and maintain compliance with ICF/IID standards and settlement agreements while working a flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP process for all individuals on caseload.
• Facilitate IDT meetings and prepare ISP documentation.
• Monitor assessments and adjust plans based on progress.
• Train and coach staff on service delivery and behavior management.
• Ensure compliance with ICF/IID standards and DOJs settlement.
