Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional II to oversee ISP plans, coordinate IDT meetings, and monitor active treatment for individuals at the Corpus Christi site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and proven experience with IDT processes, ISP coordination, and staff coaching. Strong organizational and data-tracking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field; transcript reviewed for applicable coursework.
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience facilitating IDT meetings and coordinating ISP processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP process for all individuals on assigned caseload.
• Coordinate and facilitate IDT meetings and ISP anniversaries.
• Train staff and provide leadership in service delivery and behavior management.
• Ensure documentation meets ICF/IID standards and timelines.
