Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a Qual Intel Disability Prof III to join the Richmond State Supported Living Center. You will coordinate the ISP, lead the IDT, and monitor active treatment plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state standards.

This is a full-time, day-shift role with no telework. Salary ranges from $5,102.88 to $7,253.83 per month, with full benefits including health insurance and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to coordinate the ISP and lead IDT meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP process for all individuals on the assigned caseload.
• Lead and document IDT meetings throughout the year.
• Ensure assessments, evaluations, and recommendations are completed timely.
• Train/coaching staff on service delivery and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with ICF/IID and related regulations.
