Job summary

Dow Inc. in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join a safety‑minded lab team. You will perform qualification testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products using advanced instrumentation, and maintain strict data entry into SAP databases.

This role requires 12‑hour rotating shifts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting peers. Relocation not offered; US work eligibility is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2‑year science/engineering option, or military/lab/plant experience.
• Willing and able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in‑process, batch final, shipment final, and special samples.
• Test according to written test methods and notify appropriate individuals of non ACC1 material.
• Record QC data on lab requests, SAP worksheets, and laboratory documents.
• Prepare and issue certificates/letters of analysis; ensure test equipment is in control.
• Back‑up analysts; troubleshoot instrumentation and methods; provide training.
