Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Quality Control Analyst for its Knoxville, TN plant. The role involves performing qualification testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using advanced lab instrumentation, and entering results into quality databases with SAP.

You will ensure test equipment is in control, troubleshoot, and provide training and support to teammates while maintaining high housekeeping standards. The position requires 12-hour rotating shifts and legal work eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Laboratory testing and instrumentation proficiency per written methods.
• Accurate QC data entry in lab requests, SAP worksheets, and databases.
• Identify non-conforming material and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Record QC data in SAP and lab systems; issue certificates of analysis.
• Maintain equipment in control and support housekeeping and safety.
