Job summary

Dow is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for our Knoxville plant. You will perform lab testing using advanced instrumentation, record QC data in SAP and quality databases, and issue certificates of analysis.

This role requires teamwork with minimal supervision and a commitment to safety and accuracy. You must have a high school diploma with science/engineering coursework or relevant lab/plant experience, willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Qualification testing of raw materials and in-process samples
• Record QC data and prepare certificates/letters of analysis
• Troubleshoot lab instrumentation and procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials and finished samples
• Record QC data in SAP and lab requests
• Prepare and issue certificates of analysis
• Ensure test equipment is in control and perform minor repairs
• Provide quality training to team members
• Back-up other analysts and maintain housekeeping
