Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Quality Control Analyst for its Knoxville, TN plant. You will perform qualification testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final shipments, recording data in SAP and quality databases with high attention to safety and accuracy.

You will ensure test equipment stays in control, implement corrective actions, and provide training to teammates while supporting lab housekeeping and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with science/engineering exposure plus relevant experience.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship provided for this position.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in-process, batch final, shipment final, and special samples.
• Test according to written test methods and record results accurately.
• Record QC data on lab requests, SAP worksheets and databases.
• Prepare and issue certificates of analysis and ensure equipment is in control.
• Take corrective actions to keep instrumentation in control and train peers.
• Back up other analysts and maintain lab housekeeping and safety.
