Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for our Knoxville, TN plant. You will perform qualification testing using advanced lab instrumentation, record QC data in SAP, and issue certificates of analysis.

The role requires strong data management, adherence to quality standards, and supporting team members. The ideal candidate will have lab experience, the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one of: 2-year college degree in relevant science or engineering, 3 years military experience, 2 years laboratory experience, or 2 years in chemical manufacturing plants.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in-process, batch final, shipment final, and special samples.
• Test according to written methods and record QC data in SAP and quality databases.
• Issue certificates of analysis and maintain instrument control.
• Provide quality training and back-up support to other analysts.
