Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time QBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision to support high-quality pediatric ABA therapy.

You will conduct FBAs, create individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and partner with families to ensure cohesive client progress and outcomes. The team emphasizes mentorship, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification is required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
