Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care with hybrid work options. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and technicians while collaborating closely with families and clinical peers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
