Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role that blends in-center work with planning and supervision.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy.

We offer a competitive salary of $87,000-$105,000 base with monthly bonuses, a $10k sign-on, 23 paid days off, robust benefits, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• GA LBA licensed required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
