The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full‑time BCBA to join a clinician‑led team in a hybrid position. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload to provide high‑quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress with data‑driven decisions.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethics.
