Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role with in-center and remote planning.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and track progress with data. We offer a generous base salary, a monthly bonus program, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
