The role blends in-clinic work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision, in a hybrid setup. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and mentor staff while partnering with families for effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensed required.
• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload to provide high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress with data-driven decisions.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethics.
