The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time QBA to join our clinician-led team. The role combines in-center ABA with remote planning and supervision, offering a hybrid schedule that respects work-life balance.

Qualifications

• QBA certification and GA licensure required.
• Experience in pediatric ABA or related disability field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data-driven progress tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
