Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid position that blends in-center clinical work with remote planning and supervision. You will deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support; maintain accurate documentation.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
